I would like to welcome you to the official website for the Litchfield Police Department. Our goal is to provide you with an insight as to the many functions of the police department and the personnel. Members of this agency take on many tasks to provide a fully-functional police organization. Officers not only respond to calls for service, but conduct follow-up investigations, and provide solid solutions for crime prevention. The integrity and dedication of the members are seconded by none.

The Litchfield Police Department provides 24 hour police protection which includes patrol, investigations, community policing efforts, and crime prevention.

Our commitment begins with keeping our community safe from criminal activity. We have a proactive approach to deterring crime and actively strive to be a positive influence in the community.
